Starting with the design and delivery of The Cube, a major mixed use building containing retail, office, apartments and a hotel, she then moved to the Arena Central masterplan which Make has been developing since 2007. Comprising office, hotel, university and residential uses, Arena Central is a prominent development of striking buildings in a generous public landscape.

For the Raffles City Hangzhou Project, Marc was involved from the concept design until realization.

Speaker and Guest / Arch. Simon Whittle is a Senior Architect & Urban Designer at KCAP in Rotterdam. He is currently leading the design of several large scale mixed use developments throughout Europe and Russia. Simon was a Teaching Fellow at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design from 2011 to 2017, where he engaged in research on innovations within the campus typology and new models of learning. He also graduated from the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London.

Currently he is working for Ana Tower Offices, a GLA 33.000 sq.m. office space, one of the tallest high-raise in Romania and is part of the property investment team of the Ana Hotels. Ana Tower Offices is a LEED pre-certified project, aiming Platinum ranking as final certification with delivery scheduled for early December 2019.

As early as the greenfield phase of the project, Laurențiu facilitated the leasing of significant office areas to multinational companies and offered valuable input in streamlining office building operation activities.
Speaker and Guest / Romanian architect, partner at the Foster + Partners Architecture Office, Maximilian Zielinski works with his brother, Daniel Zielinski. Since 2005, she is an architect at Sauerbruch Hutton, responsible for major projects such as Jessop West, a building for the University of Sheffield and Low2No, a low-carbon mixed use neighborhood in Helsinki. She is currently Project Manager for Sthlm 01 Tower, a reference project for the new district of Hammarby Sjöstad in Stockholm.

Throughout his professional development, he has focused on developing a coherent and balanced personal methodology that places equal importance on the notions of design, development, execution and supervision. In recent years, he acted as a project architect for numerous projects, including Residences at Marina Gate.
